STRONGER TOGETHER
Things are ramping up very quickly.
Reading the news this week feels like being in the depths of a high fever.
Right now, more than ever, we need to come together to fight this.
To break that fever.
It might be a holiday weekend, but it is no time to celebrate.
Monday is our next big action ...

Prop 50 Volunteers Needed!
California redistricting is our best chance to win back Congress
California has 67 days to convince voters that we need to combat Texas' redistricting by redrawing our own district maps -
this is Prop 50 and we will be voting on it November 4.
You may have seen 3 large mailers this week - all disinformation to confuse people. Locally, INC is working with the CA and Nevada County Dems to provide the truth and encourage people to vote in Nov. What can you do to help?
Volunteer to Phonebank
Starting Saturday, September 6 we will be phonebanking thru November to CA voters - 6 days per week, 2 shifts per day.
Training provided - it is fun and easy. Computer or iPad recommended.
Sign up for as many phonebanking shifts as you can HERE
New event and new way to resist!
One Million Rising - Nevada County Style
Thursday, September 11, 5:30pm - 7pm
Wild Eye Pub, 535 Mill Street, Grass Valley
It's time to go beyond protests.
Are YOU ready to learn about local non-cooperation efforts and brainstorm more creative ways to resist?

We are Looking for a Few Angels
INC wants to host another Town Hall in October, bringing our community together around Prop 50 and the issues affecting our county.
Can you help with a donation for the venue cost?
If we had 15 angels each donating
$100, we could do it!
